The Vermont Lottery will continue as title sponsor for the fan-favorite Vermont Governor’s Cup 150 through 2027 at the Nation’s Site of Excitement as the iconic event celebrates its 46th, 47th and 48th editions high atop Quarry Hill!

The Burnett Scrap Metals Road Warriors once again led the first time winners category in 2024, beginning on Community Bank opening day as Kendall Zeno started the trend on a balmy Saturday night in May!

Barre, VT — Thunder Road Speedbowl officials released the 2025 Schedule of Events for the Nation’s Site of Excitement on Thursday morning. The schedule will once again include 21 individual events beginning with the 27th annual Community Bank 150 on May 3 and 4 and concluding with the 63r Vermont Milk Bowl presented by Northfield Savings Bank on October 4 and 5.
