What are your favorite non-racing hobbies?

Working on the race cars, mostly. I also love hunting in-season. Me and dad both went up to Maine this year, and we both ended up getting deer within the first three days we were up there. That was pretty special for both of us, especially the first time going up. I spend a lot of time working in the garage as well, and I also play basketball.

What are your favorite non-racing hobbies?

Hunting, fishing, and boating – I like to get out on a boat on the lake every weekend that we can. I really like to get outdoors. During the summer, we spend a lot of time outside. We’re inside too much during the winter, so when it’s warm out, you’ve got to get outside.

What are your favorite non-racing hobbies?

My favorite hobbies are snowmobiling and flying airplanes and aviation. My dad and my grandfather got involved with aviation on the same day – I guess it would be the early ‘60s – and my grandmother became a pilot as well. When I was 16 I solo’ed (flew solo) and when I was 17 I got my pilot’s license. I’ve been doing it ever since. It’s another pastime or enjoyment to take your mind away from work and things like that.

What are your favorite non-racing hobbies?

When I’m not racing, I’m usually at the mountain snowboarding, mountain biking or going hiking – a lot of stuff with the outdoors. I also play a lot of hockey year-round. Sometimes I’ll go into a men’s league for soccer, and I’ll play with a bunch of people from around home. I live in Killington now, so I’m a little bit away from Barre, which makes that a little harder.
