Alera Group to Back the Street Stock Triple Crown through 2027

Barre, VT – One of Thunder Road Speedbowl’s constant partners has stepped up to support the three-events in seven-days Triple Crown for the rk Miles Street Stocks. Alera Group, formerly Noyle Johnson Insurance, has stepped up to support this rough and rowdy Triple Crown with events on Thursday, July 30, Sunday, August 2 and Thursday, August 6.

Noyle Johnson Insurance is proud to have built their sparkling reputation one customer at a time over the last seventy-four years. While they can trace their storied history well into the 1800s, Noyle Johnson Insurance got its start in 1951 with just two employees in the original Plainfield office that has grown to over fifty with offices in Montpelier and Danville. The independent Noyle Johnson Group took their next big step in 2022, joining the national Alera Group to bring Vermonters the best insurance insights, connections and collaborators from across the country.

The Alera Group Triple Crown adds an exciting twist to the busiest stretch of the season for the rk Miles Street Stocks. Starting on WDEV/Calkins Portable Toilets Night on Thursday, July 30 with a regularly scheduled distance, the wick is turned up on high for their annual 50-lap special as part of the Bolduc Metal Recycling Enduro Sunday, August 2. The Alera Group Triple Crown will wrap up with a championship round the following Thursday, August 6 during NBT Bank Night.

Opening Day is fast approaching for the 67th season at Thunder Road starting with the annual Car Show at the track on Saturday, May 2 from 9:00am to 12-noon for a calm start before Sunday’s racing action! The Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour comes home for the 28th annual Community Bank, n.a. 150 on Sunday, May 3 complete with the Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel Flying Tigers, rk Miles Street Stocks and Burnett Scrap Metals Road Warriors for a roaring start to the 2026 season!
